Knowing that flowers are perishable and handmade, we work hard to ensure the quality and beauty of our products. Many factors affect how long flowers last and how they turn out. We’re always looking for ways to improve, and we welcome your feedback. If you’re not completely satisfied with our flowers, please contact us right away, and we’ll make it right.
We do our best to meet your delivery needs, but we can’t always guarantee a specific delivery time, especially during busy holidays. To request a specific time, please use the Special Delivery Instructions field during checkout. For major holidays, we recommend ordering several days in advance.
Funeral Arrangements
Funeral arrangements typically require additional lead-time. If your sympathy or funeral order requires delivery at a specific time of day, please try to let us know several days in advance so we can best accommodate your needs. Sunday deliveries may not always be available.
Delivery to Hospitals
We are experienced at making deliveries to hospitals. When placing your order, please be sure to include the hospital name and telephone number, the name of the recipient and room number or ward of the recipient. We will send your gift bouquet in accordance with facility procedures, as most hospitals do not allow florists to personally deliver to individual rooms. Please note that many ICU patients are not permitted to receive flowers. Please check with the hospital before placing your order.
Substitution Policy
Fresh Flowers
We're dedicated to delivering your heartfelt sentiments with the freshest, most beautiful flowers possible. Due to the nature and seasonal availability of flowers, we might need to make substitutions of equal or greater value. We'll always strive to maintain the arrangement's look and feel by considering shape, size, style, and color combinations. In single-variety arrangements, variety takes precedence over color (e.g., substituting different colored daisies instead of switching flower types). White roses and cream roses, or peach roses and pink roses, may be substituted for each other, as might purple and pink orchids.
Plants
For green and blooming plants, we may substitute similar plants of equal or greater value. For unique plants like orchids, we'll try to match the plant type but may substitute another color. Plant containers will be as similar as possible.
Gift Baskets
If substitutions are necessary, we'll use items of equal or greater value to ensure freshness and timely delivery.
Special Occasions
To deliver orders on specific days for special occasions (funerals, birthdays, anniversaries), we may substitute flowers of equal or greater value if the requested ones are unavailable and we can't reach you through the provided contact information.

Delivery Policy
If No One is Home: Depending on the delivery location, if the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, the delivery person may leave the gift in a safe place for the recipient to retrieve when they return, such as with a neighbor, or leave a message for the recipient to call to arrange for delivery.
Recipient Maybe Contacted: In some cases, the florist may contact the recipient to ensure s/he will be home to accept the delivery.
Request to Leave Item at Door: The customer assumes all liability for requests to leave arrangements. We highly discourage special instructions requesting delivery to a doorstep, porch, yard or any location where the recipient cannot accept the arrangement themselves. We cannot be held responsible for missing or faulty product due to this special request.
